Most of my wheel time is spent in a rhythmic loop, throwing small-batch mugs on repeat. Working in small sets lets me focus on the details, like adding rows of soft bubbles or ridges that catch your fingers as you sip—sensory stimulation masquerading as a kitchen staple. I love experimenting with glaze combinations to pique visual curiosity, aiming for that sweet spot where a piece is as fun to look at as it is to hold. These aren't meant for a shelf; they are practical wares for anyone who appreciates a bit of whimsy in their daily orbit, intentionally designed to be the ones you reach for, time and time again.
