I've been making pots since I was 13. I love making functional and decorative pieces out of porcelain, and experimenting with different surface decoration techniques. Over the past few years I've been working on inlaying my pots with slip and marbling colored clay, incorporating both representational and abstract designs. So I've been learning to draw animals and monsters, and figuring out how to get them onto the surfaces of my pots. There is little that I like better in the world than working on pots outside on a beautiful day.
