The Greater Austin Clay Studio Tour is an event to welcome the Austin community into area studios to take part in demos and workshops, purchase work from area clay artists, and experience what Austin has to offer the clay world.

Our classroom studio hosts 8 wheels for smaller class sizes which allows our staff to have more one on one time with students, and our membership studio offers 12 wheels and 2 large work tables for our members to create what their mind sees!

Asmbly Makerspace is a community-driven nonprofit makerspace in North Austin offering hands-on access to tools, classes, and creative workspace across multiple disciplines.
Our growing ceramics program features studio memberships, wheel throwing and handbuilding classes, and glazing workshops that support both beginners and experienced artists.
Beyond ceramics, Asmbly includes fully equipped wood, metal, laser, CNC, textiles, electronics, and 3D printing shops, all designed to foster skill-building and creative exploration.
Through public classes, youth programs, and member access, we’re building an inclusive community where makers of all levels can learn, collaborate, and create.
